Hi Searchfunder.org community,

we currently have a business under LOI that generates ~€5-6m EBITDA.

The business has its HQ in Germany with subsidiaries in Poland, Romania and Slovakia. In total there are 6 entities.

We would like to hire a freelancer who is willing to do a light FDD before we trigger the full DD. Budget: €5k

Are all subs on same GL or separate, requiring consolidation? Are all in Euros? Are you looking for just a TTM evaluation and if not, how many historical periods? Does the target have any FDD performed on it already, audit or QoE? Presume for $5k you only need a "red flags" memo v any substantive databook or report.
