Financial Analyst/CFO For Acquisitions

Hi, I am looking for a financial analyst/CFO to join a management team that will implement a roll up strategy of services businesses in the US. In return for equity in the holding company, this person will be required to: a) Assess the viability of acquisitions from a financing perspective with cash flow modeling. b) Oversee the debt servicing and cash flow of all acquired companies.
