Hi everyone — I’m a Strategic Finance Leader supporting a PE-backed manufacturing company through a complex turnaround. I currently lead finance and accounting, including 13-week cash forecasting, vendor negotiations, cost accounting, ERP implementation, and board-facing reporting.
