Field technicians in need of video chat?

Does anyone have field technicians that often call in to HQ with a question, and would have a better interaction if it was a video chat?

I'm interested in hearing how you've solved the problem (or are looking for a solution).

I evaluated a small company that was using WhatsApp to report to HQ from the field, including calls and video calls. It did not seem like a scalable option, but it was working great for them and their small team as a low cost and very efficient solution

You could utilize something like Slack which has chat and video call features built in
