Has anyone looked into landscape companies that only do fertilizer applications? If so, would you be willing to chat?

I looked at a few landscape companies in VA. I did not focus on fertilizer only, but one company I came across in my market research was Virginia Green. https://virginiagreen.com/

That company was not for sale and I did not approach, but I was struck by how straightforward and scalable their model is. Most landscape co's you have to be good at many things: mowing, edging, installs, design/build, etc. With a pesticide or fertilizer company, you only have to do 1 thing well to succeed.

Happy to talk more, though the above it most of my analysis on the segment you're looking at. I didn't get a chance to go deep on a fertilizer only option.

Really good margin industry, lower overheads than other landscape segments, but very dependent on region/regulations. Definitely one of the easiest companies in the segment to buy, improve, sell.
