Fellow self-funded searchers in Europe - want to share experiences?

Hi everyone!

After reading & following for a while, thought I'd tap in to this amazing community of experienced Searchers! Despite my initial concerns, I've partnered up with a fellow searcher in Europe (Denmark), and are kicking off a self-funded search.

Our current plan is that the local person (my partner) will join the business and take a salary, but otherwise we'll be equal partners. Depending on target size, we might bring in investors. Usual search criteria, ideally something within manufacturing and production where there are also expansion opportunities in going to other European markets.
