I'm a self-funded searcher and just built a website to funnel business owners (and their brokers). Any feedback appreciated. 
What am I missing?

I’m committed to closing on the purchase of an HVAC Service (including Plumbing & Electrical) within the next 6 months. This business will have a rich history and track record of sales growth, and ripe with opportunity to improve operationally. I’m targeting SDE of $750k-$2M.

I'd try to add more about your and your partners experience. You are both VERY qualified and I had to do some digging to find that out. If I was a seller/broker in your target area, I'd feel very comfortable/confident in workout with you if I knew that.
