Starting a search - Looking for feedback on low cost / free CRM options and the pros and cons of each options - Appreciate any feedback

One piece of advice is not to be tempted to build your own in Monday.com or Clickup - we have invested a lot of time into both (using Make.com for automations to replace functionality not present in the core software) and long story short, the result is clunky and inefficient. Purpose built CRM software is still better for this

Like most things, it depends on your requirements and what you need day 1 and how you would like it to be day 2. I settled on Hubspot because it was free, easy to setup, and integrates to my email systems. A nice feature is the phone app will display that a number is coming from a Hubspot contact.
But again, it all depends on your requirements.
