The target is a large-scale private label bakery. It manufactures fresh and
frozen baked goods for retail, food service, and grocery stores and is one of the largest private-label manufacturers of sourdough bread in the country.
The company is generating $65M in LTM sales and $10M in LTM EBITDA with >$50MM in the pipeline.
Alongside the management team, PFC already has three actionable add-ons in the M&A pipeline with several more identified.
