Fantasy Football Platform: Seeking Investor for Acquisition

I am putting together a group to acquire one of the most innovative and technologically advanced fantasy football platforms in the industry. Courted by VCs and some of the biggest media outlets in the world, my connection to the owner and industry experience give me preferred status as a buyer.
This platform has tens of thousands of registered users, millions of visitors annually, the most sophisticated fantasy football tools available, and is largely unmonetized.
EBITDA is 40-50k, and the owner is aiming for a sales multiple of 3-4x. I am seeking a sole investor to back this venture in exchange for equity. I would monetize the platform, lead the operations, and implement an aggressive growth plan.
