One challenge I've run into is that several family offices I've spoken with have a minimum EBITDA requirement of $300K+, while this business falls below that threshold. I'm curious whether anyone has experience working with family offices, individual investors, or acquisition-focused groups that are comfortable investing in profitable businesses with sub-$300K EBITDA.
