Family Offices Investing in Lower Middle Marker Roll Ups

My Partner and I run A Holding Company called The Pave ( ThePave,co) a Hold Co that buy paving companies between 1-10M of EBITDA in the South West. 

Paving companies have a lot of upside with the money being put in to fix roads, the amount of self driving cars entering the roads, and have great assets for financing, thus I built a thesis to target this sector very deeply.

We've raised a few million from retail investors and have bought some companies. 

Now I'm looking to raise 30 to 50M from Family offices who want to invest in this sector who like the roll up space in lower middle market businesses.
