Family Office
Searchers who funded through a single family office instead of a traditional search fund cap table, how did the economics and control terms actually differ, and would you do it again?

This can be too broad. For the family office, they can both be more flexible on terms and expectations BUT there's a real risk if they are the primary funder and are expecting results on a given timeline.
Diversification is a real strength in this situation
