NGP is actively looking to partner with a handful of talented MBA Interns this Fall (starting Monday, September 13th). The internship will expose you to all the key tasks associated with transacting, including: Sourcing, due diligence, analyzing Investment Memorandums prepared by brokers, summarizing whether a deal is worth pursuing and why, and how to value an acquisition target. Our internship also features a 10 week PE bootcamp, 3 lunch and learns with senior members of the firm, the opportunity to manage undergrads and hands on mentorship by our Entrepreneurs in Residence. This is great fit for someone interested in search funds or working in private equity. Prior interns have gone on to join the firm as an Entrepreneur in Residence, work/intern at our Portfolio companies, and increasingly, many have come back for 2nd and 3rd tours of duty.
