Fair compensation for an owner-general manager of an HVAC business in GA

I'm under LOI to acquire a small (within $1M/ revenue) HVAC business in GA. I'm going to manage the business myself, at least for the initial 1-2 years while I put in systems to make in scalable and manageable by a hired GM. Besides myself as an investor, I have a minority partner who is only providing capital. No lenders are involved, so all the decisions are between myself and my partner. What would be a fair W-2 salary to be paid to myself for the work I do as a GM? Quick research gave me a range between $80-115k/yr. for hired GMs in a business of that size in GA. Does that look valid?
