Failure to Launch - Deals that Didn't Make it to Closing

I'm putting together a podcast concept (I know, I can hear you groan from here) but the topic will be interviews with Searchfunders about deals that failed to make it to Closing.

I'm a deal attorney so I have seen so many of them, and I've noticed most regular folks see only the success stories. The failures that died on the vine are infinitely better test cases and learning opportunities. Anyone interested in sharing?
