Two less expensive, non-factoring options: 1) If they are dealing with major retailers, some of these retailers work with C2FO to accelerate vendor payments through early pay discounts. 2) Trade credit insurance (Euler Hermes, Atradius, etc.) is becoming more common in the US to reduce risk and enhance banker confidence in extending LOCs.
