Exploring Search Fund & PE Partnership Opportunities

Hi Everyone,

I'm a self-funded searcher specialize in B2B SaaS and Digital Agencies that work with B2B SaaS clients. I'm pivoting my approach to building out a portfolio by utilizing SPV's and I'm beginning to explore search funds and other types of PE partnership opportunities as I really enjoy deal making and operating. Would anyone be interested in networking or potentially finding different ways to collaborate?

My Investment Criteria:

1) Must be able to take a controlling position.

2) Minimum of 2-3 years in business with stable or growing trends.

3) Minimum of $500K Revenue or:50% profit margin (Agencies) or 70% (SaaS)

4) Minimum of $250K EBITDA.

5) Minimum of 70% monthly recurring revenue. (MRR)

6) Less than 30% revenue concentration among top 10 clients.

My Background:

I'm a driven and entrepreneurial founder with strong sales. growth marketing automation, operations and executive search skills. I have experience in SaaS, VC/PE, healthcare analytics, and the high frequency trading space. I've delivered product market fit, turned around underperforming sales teams and delivered exponential growth.
