Exploring Employee Ownership in SMB Acquisitions
Hi everyone - I'm a small business founder (1 business built and sold, another recently founded and actively operating) beginning to explore the acquisition side of the SMB world. Specifically, I'd love to explore whether employee ownership can create stronger outcomes for sellers, employees, and the businesses themselves.
