Exploring a venture into bounce house rentals and seeking insights on due diligence, key challenges, scalability, and particularly on the most efficient ways for delivery and setup of rentals (i.e. contractors vs. PT vs. FT). Any advice or experiences you could share would be greatly appreciated!

If you would like to message me your contact details, I will be happy to introduce you to the listing office of a bounce house rental business in Virginia. You may be able to compare notes with the broker or the business owner, depending on the status of the other venture you are looking at.

Not exactly the same business but something similar, I heard Neil who's active on X - @neilgranberry talk about buying a small bubble ball business on AcquiringMinds podcast, Nov 4th 2021 episode. Housed the equipment in a local storage facility and his part time and full time employees would grab the equipment from the storage facility and set it up. No warehouse/storefront needed, home based business.
