I'm evaluating the potential acquisition of a 2,500 sq. ft. retail store located in NY generating ~$1.2m in annual sales. The store has several underdeveloped areas that I believe present meaningful upside: - Minimal online presence (no e-commerce and only a very basic website) - No inventory management system in place - No marketing or advertising spend I'm looking to connect with retail store owners/ operators - especially those with experience managing stores of a similar size - to bounce around operating and growth ideas.
