Expert Witness Consultant Firm Experience

Hi Everyone,

I am looking at an expert witness consultant firm. I was wondering if anyone had experience with these kinds of businesses, specifically with them transitioning from old ownership to new ownership and retaining the reputation. There is a lot to like about this business, but a large concern is whether a transition would significantly hurt the business. 

Would love to hear from anyone who has worked on deals with expert witness firms, lawyers, or has experience with expert witness firms.
