Hi all - I am curious to hear about your experiences with commercial (i.e. strategic) due diligence related to your deals. Do you typically conduct diligence yourself or lean on third-party providers? How do you go about finding third-party providers? What is CDD pricing like from providers? How do you think about CDD in general?
