Hey Everyone,

I currently handle M&A for a publicly traded holding company and also am the CEO of one of our acquisitions (a digital marketing agency)

Now, I'm looking to acquire a business for myself (one to start, then expand from there)

I am very new to the idea of search funds so wanted to see if you had recommendations on the best place to get started. I am also considering the SBA route, or a mix of a few different options to get funding.

My experience is strictly in online businesses and that is what I am looking to acquire, preferably in the ecommerce or digital product/service space.

As part of my current responsibilities, I review businesses all day long and have reviewed thousands of businesses in the last 2-3 years. This has provided me with a lot of unique insights into businesses, models, margins, etc..

Using my knowledge and experience, I am confident in identifying the right business.

Looking for recommendations and resources on the best way to get started to find funding, what kind of terms I can expect, etc..

Hi Yury, I'd be happy to connect as an SBA lender on the front end. I typically like to touch base with my borrowers early in the process to ensure a smooth transaction. redacted (###-###-####
