Experienced operator looking to partner with a search fund as CEO/operator

I want to be the long-term steward of a great business, aligned with capital that values operators. I've been starting businesses and running them for the past decade. After founding and operating three small businesses, I am looking to partner as an operator in a company that has been founded but needs a boost in leadership and marketing. I know how to create cash flowing businesses, and I am looking for minority ownership to take the work off a founder's plate. Looking to either partner with a search fund in acquiring a business or finding a founder who wants to step away from operations. Where are good places to network for opportunities like this?
