Experienced Deal Sourcing Interns - Part Time (with Option to convert to FT)

Hilltop focuses on acquiring and operating utility services company with a focus on the water and gas infrastructure. We completed our last acquisition a few months ago and are ramping up our M&A activity. We are looking for candidates to support our deal sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experienced setting up and tracking deal sourcing initiatives, preferably as part of a team (independent sponsors, search funds, private equity groups).
