We're under exclusivity on a windows & doors replacement business in Arizona and are hoping to chat with fellow searchers and operators in the space. Knowledge of Arizona and/or the windows & doors space would be greatly appreciated. - Market and competitive dynamics in Arizona and/or the West/Southwest (ideally, specific knowledge of low growth, mid-tier markets ($1MM metro population) - Specific risks relative to other home services that lack a services or maintenance component Thank you!

Hi ^redacted‌ - We are currently working on financing two different window and door replacement businesses. I’d love to help you find the right SBA lender for this deal. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. Depending on the DSCR, I think this deal might qualify for pristine pricing (7% fixed). You can reach me here or directly at redacted You can also click here to schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/team/sba/searchfunder. Look forward to chatting!

Hi Peter, I ran a shower remodeling business for a couple years prior to completing my acquisition. Showers at scale are the same business model as windows/doors - lead gen, in-home sales, crews, etc. so I'd be happy to talk with you through some of the lessons learned and key points I have there. When we transitioned out of the territory we were in in San Diego, we handed it over to a windows/doors company and several of my installers and salespeople made the jump to the new company as well, so I have some knowledge about windows/doors business specifically as well.
