Experience with tutoring business?

I'm looking at a resale of a nationally well known franchise tutoring business . Think something like Mathnasium, Huntington, etc. This is a multi-unit deal.

I was wondering if anyone here has experience with tutoring business in general. If you have either looked at, acquired or operate a tutoring business, I would appreciate your help to get more insight into the business.
