Experience with Search Fund Advisors

Has anyone used search fund advisory services and is willing to discuss experiences and structure?

I'm looking at services that offer fractional CXO services, transaction and deal support, etc., in exchange for carry-on ownership and a fee.

It really depends on what service you're going for. Transaction and deal support are inexpensive. I wouldn't give up equity to a service provider who just offers that.

CXO is a wide possibility. You are probably better off finding freelance fractional CFO /CMO types who can roll up their sleeves but support less than full time?

Or are you thinking of executive recruiting a c-suite?
