Experience with quartz, marble, and granite cutting / installation?

Hi folks, does anyone have experience in the residential stone cutting/installation sector (bathrooms, counter tops etc)? What are key diligence items to look out for, views on the sector etc. Would be great to talk if you have experience in this sector. Many thanks in advance!

I have reviewed CIMs for a few of these companies, they generally trade at reasonable and attractive multiples, If these are located in regions with housing growth, eg. Austin, Dallas, Charlotte, Raleigh etc., there could be good wind in the sails, else the business is largely relying on demand from renovations or remodeling. I stayed clear of it for the same reason as Louis, the regulatory risk could put breaks on your business plans, considering the business will be taking on year for 10 years.
