Experience with O&G based manufacturing businesses?

Hi All,

I'm evaluating a potential deal for a manufacturer to the Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) sub-industry and am hoping to speak to someone with relevant experience in O&G, particularly on the well completion or OCTG procurement side.

Would greatly appreciate any insight!

Hey Nathan - I spent awhile in OCTG during my consulting days and would be happy to chat. A good starting point might be Frank's International's S1 from a few years ago: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/###-###-#### /000119312513214218/d527343ds1.htm#toc527343_11 . Depending what you're looking at, there's likely a high relationship component and gets a bit complicated if it's international.. .

Do you think it is possible to find a company in the O&G industry meeting SF criteria? Even the small companies in O&G are large. Struggling to define my search pool.
