Does anyone have experience working with one of the specialized lenders in the post title? If so, is there a specific person you'd recommend working with there? Would be grateful for a quick intro.

I talked to Live Oak during my search but was ultimately better off working with a local bank. Many community and regional banks in my area were eager to help and are competent SBA lenders. I also found it useful to leverage networking with local bankers during my search process.
