Has anyone here successfully acquired a leadership / manager development training or coaching business? I know there are lots of good reasons why this could be a bad idea, but would love to know if anyone has done it successfully.

Related, for business owners and CEOs : Are there any management or leadership development programs or companies that you have used before to train your teams? This could include team building, conflict resolution, leadership ability, etc. This is a huge industry, but I don't hear very many anecdotal stories about these companies being used and wonder if it's more with larger companies with 1,000+ employees.
