Experience with kfW financing in Germany or AWS in Austria

Hi,
Is there anyone with experience on KfW guaranteed debt in Germany or AWS in Austria who can give me advice on the process?

I would be interested in the interest rates that the banks really gave out in the end and how to handle the application and interaction with the banks.
