Experience with Direct Mail / Community Good News

Hi All,

I am considering sending an LOI to a direct mail / community newspaper business. Does anyone have experience with similar legacy media assets and their potential to move towards a digital model? Particularly interested in opinions on the sustainability of the direct mail advertising business. Thanks!

From what I know the direct mail business is more stable than the newspaper business. Both require ad dollars. Smaller community is preferred.

Luke is correct. My posts in the past were around using direct mail for outreach. That being said, my experience is in digital marketing and I feel that if you have good clients as part of this direct mail business, they should be open to digital marketing. However, you want to find out if someone else is already providing those services for them as some agency relationships can be rather hard to break up.
