Experience with brokers to raise capital for independent sponsor deals?

I have an equity gap to fill on an independent sponsor deal. If anyone has has experience working with an advisory firm or broker to raise capital for deals like this I would be very interested in hearing how that went and potentially asking for an introduction.

I have used at least five different advisory firms for capital raises. I have not used Bastiat but I have used many of the other better known firms. My primary concern would be how much time you have to raise the capital.
