Experience using Axial

Hey everyone, Curious on folks experience using Axial. One item I was concerned about was basically being fed a bunch of deals that are available elsewhere and finding myself locked into a success fee structure for deals that are available elsewhere. I am cognizant you can "block" deals from certain brokers with other public listings, but figured I would check to see what others' experiences have been or if they have encountered this dynamic at all?

Yes, this is a major problem and unless they adjust the pricing for publicly available listings it won't be worth looking at for most ETA folks on the lower end of the market unless you have a really slow week. Even if you find a good deal you are already sending LOIs for it at a higher cost basis than the person that found it publicly. In the meantime, have them block all deals from brokers you are tracking and always look at it last.
