I looked at a couple of these companies. General comments.

1) Very attractive category for PE - got outbid by a large margin in two cases
2) Look for concentration in work from insurance providers
3) Understand the stickiness from the first touch of the customer and when that converts into work
4) See how much work they get from public adjusters vs insurance companies

I've always been interested in this space and looked quite hard at a few when I was doing my search but went down a different route. Would potentially be interested in being an investor if you've got an equity gap you're looking to fill.
