Experience in Rural telecom dealer

I am currently looking at an authorized telecom dealer that operates in rural areas. They provide installation services for TV / internet. Anyone have experience in this type of business?

Would like to understand the typical relationships between the dealer and the telecom company. They primarily work with 2 major telecoms and one of them was bought out by private equity firm few years back and are aggressively expanding their infrastructure. The largest risk I see in this business is Starlink, and the nature of their relationship with the telecom companies. Would like the community's thoughts on this space.
