Hey everyone,

I found an interesting opportunity for a multi-site dog groomer and am curious if anyone has spent time doing diligence on opportunities in pet services.

Seems like it could potentially pencil at a glance, but has too high employee costs for the revenue and most of the ebitda is through add backs.

Love to chat with anyone who has a point of view on these businesses!

Davis, let's connect if you get into pet, my team is an open book! We bought one Q4 last year, plan to do another Q1-Q2 range next year. We prefer bigger, which tends to be boarding/daycare primary with either existing or at least potential to add training, grooming. We are getting educated on how we might be useful to vets too but starting with non-medical NAICS for full SBA-financed redacted ###-###-####

From a lending perspective we have done quite a bit in pet services and I used to run a group back when I was a traditional lender specializing in veterinary services, which also included boarding and grooming services. I would be happy to have a conversation to discuss industry trends and financing options if you like. You can reach me here or directly at redacted Good luck learning about the business.
