Experience in diagnostic imaging, MRI/ CT clinics in Canada

There are currently only 7 private clinics in Ontario that provide CT and MRI diagnostic imaging services, but the province is looking to double that number with a recent call for applications. I am not looking to start a clinic, but started to explore this space more.

Would love to chat with anyone that has experience transacting/ acquiring these types of businesses, specifically in Ontario or even Canada.
