Experience in dealing w/ a problematic person
I wonder if any in this group have experience in sticky interpersonal situations at portcos. I have a case where a senior person (related to my seller) has suspicious behavior, accusations of mismanagement (and potentially lightweight criminal) behavior. Its a drag on morale. However, he's been around a long time, knows many customers personally, and delivers a meaningful percentage of topline sales. He always has a plausible explanation for his behavior. We do not want to confront or accuse directly, as it will risk exposing that his team members came to us, and if we find nothing, we destroy a perfectly good information channel. Also, he might be completely innocent of any wrongdoing, and don't want to jeopardize the revenue. Interested in any learnings or war stories that might shed light on such a topic.
