Would love to hear any experience from searchers who started in the “corporate” world who have bought into a company in the construction/business services industry (eg HVAC, plumbing, landscaping) and any experience / learnings / best practices to share about hiring front line techs/workers in those fields? Thanks!

Hi Justin, I've hired a couple hundred hourly workers for a service business and I am moving into acquiring blue collar service businesses like the ones you mentioned. Would be happy to share some insights we've learned along the way from things we've gotten right and wrong. Drop me a message and we can set up a time if you're interested.

Hi Justin, I have experience in hiring trades people for a company that I owned in concrete construction.- went from 12 to 200 in 4 years. Also I have been a CEO for a HVAC and landscape company. Send me a message and we can set up a time to talk.
