Experience from structuring Management Incentive Program?

Hi, does anyone have experience from structuring a management incentive program for key people in management? Who did you include? How did you structure it? Does anyone have examples from say a normal carry structure of up to 25% (investors buy preference shares, searcher retains common shares)? What is a suitable level for people in management other than searcher?
