I am interested in learning more about the restoration and remediation industry, particularly franchisee businesses within the space. I'd love to compare notes about different brands, valuations, etc. If you have experience in this industry or have looked into it, please let me know. redacted

I’ve put together a list of remediation businesses that were sold with SBA loans. It shows things like their location, revenue, SDE, and sale price. Glad to share it just send me an email at redacted

FYI, it's a tough business. From my experience, there is a lot of dishonesty from insurance companies to homeowners....and if you work with plumbers, good luck, haha. Unless you are part of a ServPro or very large brand like that with very consistent revenue, I'd avoid it. Or if you own a construction company and want to use it as a lead system for construction projects...that can also be good.
