Interested in recommendations on expense tracking software. Our company has about 20 employees in the field with employee credit cards used for gas, supplies, hotels/meals. Looking to streamline the expense management and approval process by leveraging a tech forward vendor. I looked into the Ramp Card but not interested in paying the platform fee ($5000/year) given we would only plan to use the basic expense management (e.g. receipt capture) capabilities. Curious what others have done for this and any budget friendly recommendations for streamlining these processes.
