Expanding Investor Partnerships – Independent & Sponsored Search Opportunities
I’m currently pursuing acquisitions under an independent sponsor model, sourcing opportunities in the service, industrial and construction sectors ($300K–$5M+ EBITDA). My pipeline is active, with strong broker and seller engagement, and I partner with capital providers on a deal-by-deal basis.
In addition to independent sponsorship, I’m also open to discussions around a sponsored search structure. This would allow me to dedicate full-time focus to sourcing and closing the right acquisition while aligning directly with investor capital and strategy.
