I started my national Search in March of###-###-#### The next 20 months I sent 30,000 emails, trained 75 interns (4x cohorts), and signed 4x LOIs. For one reason or another, the timing wasn't right.

To reset, refill the coffers, and continue my education, I transitioned to work Business and Corporate Development in a PE backed company. After 6 months I mapped the entire Allergy industry. 24 months after founding (12 months after my joining) we had bought up 1/3rd of the industry and transitioned from acquisition to operations. A job well done left me without much work to do..

To continue learning, and in preparation for another local search, I transitioned to Executive Placement in my hometown of DFW. Partnering with Addison Group, I'm learning the best practices of target identification, outreach, and close so I can bring these lessons back to our community and continue to sharpen the swords.
