I’m Kaitlyn Drohan, founder of KD BD Advisory, where I help searchers, independent sponsors, and investors build structured, scalable BD systems that drive proprietary deal flow, investor trust, and long-term success.

I started my career inside a PE firm and quickly saw the problem—BD is one of the most critical parts of the search and investment process, yet it’s often the least structured. There was no roadmap, no repeatable process—just a constant scramble to find the right deals and build the right relationships.
