I figured I'd break the ice and introduce myself as I'm excited to be a part of this vibrant group. My name is Mike Adler, and I’m a self-funded searcher based in Toronto, working alongside two great partners. Together, we’re on the hunt for Main Street and lower middle-market businesses that are thriving but ready for the next level of growth.

We bring diverse expertise in engineering, technology, marketing, operations, and real estate, all geared toward unlocking value and driving sustainable growth. Our mission is simple: to partner with successful businesses, support their continued success, and make a positive impact on the companies and communities we invest in. We are focusing our search on businesses around the GTA with SDE/EBITDA in the range of $300K-$500K.
